Tilt Steering Column
I needed a new column for my 1970 truck, and saw several threads about a guy on here named Randy500. People posted how happy they were and I decided to give him a try. He could not have been nicer to work with. He found the column, rebuilt it, and shipped it to me. He really went to a lot of trouble to pack it really good in tons of bubble wrap and the column looks awesome.
This forum is a great resource of good people and I was happy to deal with him. Im putting it in tomorrow morning and hope to be driving the truck friday after swapping in a 700R trans. |

Re: Tilt Steering Column
Finally finished the 700R4 conversion and the steering column went in without any trouble and worked great. Now my truck has a new trans and a tilt column. So nice to drive now.

He was great to deal with, I annoyed the life out of him with lots of questions, changed my mind on shipping and was a general pest, Randy still had it sent withing hours of being paid. I to am doing a TH700 swap, into my C20 Longhorn. The only part I dont have yet is the tailshaft. |

Re: Tilt Steering Column
Andy, you have pics of your truck? Sounds like my current build and would love to see it.

I am referring to the truck you describe in your signature with the LS motor. Do you have a build thread for that one?

Sorry but no not a build thread. When I built it I never took the time to photo it. Then after I started moding it I did though. But the threads are all over the place. Best I can tell you is use the search feature and put in Andy4639 and it will pull most anything I have done to it and the other trucks. Are if you have face book you can go to my page. C-10 tour and look at all my pictures and mods. https://www.facebook.com/C10Tour/?ei...QvyWLsKR5VUnt0
