GA WTB HO52/HO72 Posi

Hello all, I am looking for a HO52 or HO72 Posi center section for my truck. Preferably if it already has a 4.11 gear set that would be great! If you have a whole axle to sell and don’t want to sell just the center I’ll do that too. It would have to be shipped if it is not near Athens, GA.
Let me know what you have and we’ll go from there.

All I can say is good luck as I’ve been looking for another myself. Just to let you know the locker can be swapped from any ratio eaton as you may have to piece it together to get the combination you want. You may try smiths salvage yard out towards commerce. Haynes scrapped all theirs but smiths still has a few old 67-72s. Also I just realized you said posi, there is no posi or limited slip available for these, only a locker.

Yea this is the second time I’m trying to get one of these. I thought that I had remembered seeing that c20 and c30 were offered with a Posi. Unless the Eaton axle did not have it but the optional Dana axle did.

You would be correct. You don’t see Dana rears as much and I believe they could be an actual posi. But not the eaton, so something to keep in mind to help your search. Now that doesn’t count out perhaps swapping to a Dana to accomplish your goal. Or if you have a Longhorn, a c30 or 4wd you can use a square body 1 Ton axle
