Welding Aluminum Grill
I Have a New Aluminum Grill For My 69 C10 That Does Not Have
The ' Chevrolet 'Stampeded Into The Center Section. Got It For A Steal Due To Blemishes Which I Sanded Out.. I Have a Spare Grill With The Lettering. Would It Be Possible To Swap Out n Weld The New Center Sections In Grill Will Be Painted Body Colour Posted via Mobile Device |

You might try contacting a local welding shop. At least they can tell you if it can be done (or if THEY can do it.) Sorry I don't have personal experience welding aluminum.

Any welder worth his salt can TIG (heliarc) thin aluminum.. Good metal finishing and a smidgen of filler should have it ready for primer/paint.. Leaving it bare metal will allow the welded line to show...
