Re: What Year Hubcaps???

Believe those are actually 76 and up square body hub caps. The five black sections would be for 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton have six black sections. Looks as to have been painted the red some time in the past. Originally would have been an ochre or more yellow color. Most likely were repainted to accent someone's truck color scheme back when? Not a factory paint but cool looking on the right truck.

I was typing while MJN was answering. I type sloooooowwwwwww, LOL

Re: What Year Hubcaps???

Thanks guys! They want $100 for them plus shipping. I don't mess with square body trucks. They are for sale on the FB group "Field and Barn Finds-Classic Cars/Trucks For Sale or Trade".

Re: What Year Hubcaps???

IMO thats high priced- especially for caps that have been painted. Usually find them at Jefferson or Iola swap meets for as low as $2 each.

Re: What Year Hubcaps???

Jefferson and Iola. Haven't been to Jefferson since around 1988-89? and Iola in 5 years. I was in Iola looking for a deal on an old car n the car corral and didn't have the energy to walk the paddock. Seams like it's always so hot that weekend!
