Here is an entire cruise control system that I took off a 78 truck with a 454. I believe nothing is missing, all switches, wiring, vacuum lines, cables and brackets. Servo holds vacuum and the transducer rotates with no binding issues. Servo bracket is for a BB 454, I do have one for a SB though, buyers choice
Hard to find a complete working system. 225.00 shipped in Conus.

I suppose it could be provided your running a SBC or BBC and with some minor modifications. However, I haven't personally installed this particular system on the early trucks.
