What paint did you use on your engine?
What paint did you guys use for a glossy paint job on your engine that will last and not dull out immediately after the engine is broke in?
Did you use a simple high temp paint and then clear out of a spray can? Did you use some base/clear that is also for automotive body finish? |

I used por15 engine enamel. It looks real sharp now. I am hoping to run my engine in the next couple weeks. See how it holds up then. Hopefully we'll.

Ceramic 2k this is Eastwoods . I buy it in quarts and spray with a cheap HF gun . I've used it before with good results ,KBS is a good product too

X2 on the por 15 engine paint.
Brush on and lays down great 2 years later looks great.
