Pump to Carb gas line question
1972 350 with stock fuel pump. I'd like to use an Edelbrock 81233 line, but have read it won't fit with stock pump. I'm totally ignorant about fittings. Does anyone have a part number for the adapter? Thanks

Re: Pump to Carb gas line question
Post a photo of the pump and fuel line, after almost 50 yrs it may have been changed, to a newer model. Fitting on mine, I went with 5/16 female inverted flare to 3/8 male inverted flare......3/8 was outlet side of the pump, to a 5/16 fuel line. Hope that makes sense.

Re: Pump to Carb gas line question
Thanks. Pump is stock replacement with 3 lines. Fuel line I'm looking at has a 6 AN fitting. Suppose I could take off the line I have, go to a parts store and then try to find an adapter. I dunno.

Re: Pump to Carb gas line question
Post a picture of your fuel pump. There are to many chevy fuel pump to try and guess witch one you have. How ever if you have one that has a threaded fitting at the pump you can change the fitting to a 6AN.

Re: Pump to Carb gas line question
Okay. Here's the pump. I think I have it covered with the adapter mentioned previously, but always open to different ideas. Pic is sideways for some reason.
