'67 hood same as '68
Are the hoods exactly the same on the '67 and '68 C20?
I have a chance to pick one up and would like to know if there are any differences to look for.

I have not heard of any difference.
They are sloped down more than 69-72 hoods and have the letters on the front. .

The upholstery may be stitched different on the seat, AND the hood MAY be a different color!!!

A 68 hood will probably have holes for the front lip chrome trim.

Re: '67 hood same as '68
I have read and seen... now this is only for the purists, 67 hoods don't have a return seam/lip on the underside back edge of the hood like 68's do.
Sorry I don't have a pic of a 68 hood. Both of my hoods are from early build 67s' Curiosity if later yr 67 hoods have no lip/return My only guess is new for 68 the cowl seal?
