Looking for 17" slot mags
As the title says, I'm looking for 6 lug 17" aluminum slot mags. I could have sworn I saw them some place and can't seem to recall where. I did a search and a guy had a set he got from eBay but the link he posted no longer works.
Has anyone seen these or know where to locate them, or do they even exist haha??? thanks in advance!

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
The Ansen Sprint by American Racing. Not original type slots but I really like them. Available in 17x9. Would have been my wheel of choice if not changing to 1 ton running gear.

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
I think I saw where those Ansens or another company making them has undrilled lug holes that they custom bore... US Mag? Sorry I don't have specific info, but I believe what you want is doable

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
US Mags makes 17x10 slots and I think they can be ordered blank as far as the lug pattern like Tim stated. I have a set of the 8 lug 17x10 and I'm very happy with them.

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
I want! I got fed up and sold my 16.5s after a dry rotted tire flew apart and did some body damage. I went with Wheel Vintiques 16 x 8 steelies for now. Those US Mags are dead on. Here is one of my old 16.5s. Might be US Mag

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
Looks like the Ansen 17x9 6x5 1/2's may have been discontinued? As you said may be available in blanks as well as the Indy u101's.

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
U.S. Mags are THE best looking aluminum slot wheels, my opinion. Had a set on an old car...

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
I did not know about the US mags and Drilling whatever bolt pattern into the blank. Since they don’t have a phone number I had to message them and will wait to hear back.... hopefully with some good news. Thanks for the help!

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
I'd be curious to find out if they offer the 6-lug off the shelf. Good luck!

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
Those are beautiful. They will sell you blanks and leave it up to you to get them properly drilled?
My 2nd set of custom wheels back in '72 were ET slots and I loved them, except keeping them clean. Aluminum wheels back then weren't clear coated and polished rims stained easily. I hated coming out to see another dog had pissed in my wheels. Are these US Mags clear coated?

Re: Looking for 17" slot mags
There was a truck with the US Slotted mags at a truck show I went to last weekend. The bug bit, and now I have a case of the wants for the, on mine. His were 15", and the fronts were narrower than the rear. They looked awesome, and the US wheels are great! What struck me was that 15's just seemed a little too small in appearance, and I'll bet 17" is the way to go..
