Help with tilt column
Looking for tilt column/shift for my '69 suburban. Currently has tilt out of 80's w/floor shift and key in column (key assy removed) and B&M floor shift. Want to go with column shift/tilt. I contacted a member here that sells columns, but shows as account suspended (randy500). Aftermarket ask for column length and not sure where that measurement is taken and priced from a couple hundred to over a thousand?!

Re: tilt column
Looks like a 32 or 33.
Just something to look at. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-72-CHE...gAAOSw5VtZ~QWy There are many other choices and brands. The short shaft or intermediate shaft is adjustable.

Re: tilt column
Thanks, I saw those on eBay. Confused because they’re 36” shaft and I’m measuring either 32 or 33” is needed so shift linkage is close to firewall. I like the fact they’re complete with neutral safety switch. I’ll probably have to modify anything I put in because previous owner put in 80’s tilt. Has hole for key and I want to leave key in dash. Can someone post pic of shaft/linkage?
