Track bar stud

After quite a bit of time and a lot of cussing I removed the track bar. I think the PO managed to strip the 5/8" tread and I probably made it worse removing the nut, didn't have many options took heat, torque and a lot of PB blaster. Any suggestions on removing the stud? I am a little concerned about the rear housing don't want to crack it.

heat with a torch till red, hit it with hose water.

The hot and cold cycles will break the bond of rust and allow it to be removed. Do not think you would have to worry about the housing. It should withstand it.

Only about 10-30 seconds on the torch.

Thank you Toolboxchev sounds like that would work. I'm not sure about the hose as it's up on 10" Race Ramps in my shop maybe I could pour cold water with a bucket under it. This project was a real bear every part was a hassle to remove. I have done this on other trucks in the past all within a half hour maybe I was lucky on those! I could of assembled a motor in less time that it took to remove this bar.
