295/45/18 Fit?

I have about a 4/6 drop on a '72 step side. The Goodyear™

Eagle F1-GS™ 295/45/18's are the stock Ford Lightning tires,

therefore making them easy to find. I am not going to tub the

bed, but if necessary, I'm willing to cut a little off from the lip on

the inside of the fenders. Will tires about this size fit on the

truck with out rubbing? Has anyone put tires close to this size on

with stock fenders?
