GMC 9500 windscreen
I’m confused about when the one piece windscreen came in on the 9500. I though it was when the MH version came in with the higher cab and lower in the grill headlights in 1973. But there are still Some 1974 and 1975 9500 that have the split screen. I’m confused, can someone knowledgeable about the 9500 chime in please.

Wow, that thread is gold. Still can’t find a reason why the split screens only continued in some 9500s

All 9500's had a Split Windshield. As did 8500's as well. The 7500 and lighter models had the 1-peice.
If you see a 1-piece on a 9500, it most likely was restored with a 7500 Cab.
