Well Project Snowball got me again.....
I thought I was on a roll as I got the back of the truck all prewired and loomed up. Then I decide to work on making sure I could mount an A/C compressor and determine the best wire routing. Well guess what I found no A/C brackets and the power steering pump bracket held on with ONE bolt. So here is where it snowballed. Since the current setup wouldn't I decided to put a serpentine setup on. Went to the junk yard and found an '88 S15 Blazer to get the brackets from. I had to destroy the power steering pump as the pulley was frozen on. I will be ordering a new PS pump and reserve also a new water pump. The alternator will rotate the same way so I won't need a new one.
Right now I only have two questions: 1) On the A/C compressor bracket is the bottom mounting point for an air pump? 2) I know I need to drill the left head for one mounting bolt. My question is how deep? (I want to make sure I don't drill to far)

Measure how deep the same bolt hole goes back in the right head I would say about 1/2 to 3/4 inch deep
You may have to trim the air pump part to clear your mechanical fuel pump if your using one |
