2 more ‘67 GMC brake questions....
1. Are the wheel cylinder pistons reusable?
2. Where can I find two of the washers that fit under the front cylinder bolt? (pic below)

You bought a rebuild kit, then? I've never seen a wheel cylinder that wasn't complete with new pistons. Please post a picture. If you actually bought the cast iron body of the wheel cylinder, somebody dog-robbed the innards.

Cast iron body, rubber covers, and innards. Maybe piston is the wrong word - I’m referring to the things that stick out from the cylinder and bear against the brake shoes.

Thanks for the replies!
Any suggestions on my second question regarding the washer?

Ace or any other good hardware store should have a specialty washer with those inside and outside dimensions. (maybe even the big box stores) Just grind the side off and put a little paint on it to keep it from rusting. After you get it all together just tap the washer over one of the flats on the top of the anchor bolt to keep it secure. You can actually start the bend in a vise before you put them on. LockDoc
