Thumbs up Re: 72 Headlight,s

I would check the dimmer switch in the floor first. Check it with a volt meter and operate it several times to see if it's working good. If that all checks out then look at the connection on drivers side back side of head light. It supplies 12 volts to both head lights. Make sure you didn't pull it loose while working on them. One thing to look for is the wire connection's in the plastic are all tight. If you unplug the light check the connections by pulling on them to make sure they don't come out of the housing.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: 72 Headlight,s

Also check the headlight switch. The switch has a internal breaker that will shut the lights off until it cools off.

Make sure the headlight switch is grounded to the dash panel also...can cause all kinds of strange problems if it does not have a good ground.

Stock lamps ? I've had a few vehicles that did the same thing with halogen headlamps . Breaker was a little weak .
