I am not sure, but I would think they are. 5/16 bolts with captured washer. Thanks, Fred.

Do these secure the seat to the frames or the frames to the floor? I am looking for a set that holds the seat to the frames. Thanks.

I just went to check, I think they will work. Can you tell me what length they are? My current bolts don't have the reduction at the tip, but they are obvious replacements...and there are only 4 of the 8. Thanks.
