low back bucket covers appear to be 73-mid 1977 - which are pretty close to the 1969-72 set although the tracks are different and do not bolt up directly to a 69-72 floor.
console is a 67-72 with the seatbelt holders (73+ consoles had the cup holder front portion) |

'73 and up seat tracks are taller than 70-72.
The one in the picture looks like the bolts are angled. Motorhome?

I would say 73-75 pickup. The seatbelt style console was used until about 76 or so.
