Side Steps
Hi all. I guess my age is catching up with me. I have a 72 K15 two inch lift. Thinking of adding a step . Want something small a single? Any advise on what ones that will mount easy?

Re: Side Steps
Could you make one similar to the picture below that would work for a truck?
Or have someone make you one? This is a picture borrowed from Mike Cofield's thread. (Nice steps Mike) Two members sell steps for blazers. 72ironmike & Mike Cofield Link: https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=818868 Link: https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...ght=side+steps .

Re: Side Steps
I just got a set of those from member MikeCofield. I'm looking forward to mounting them on my Blazer.

Re: Side Steps
Not sure but seems I read on the board some time back that there is a difference in those steps for the trucks versus Blazers? May be worth looking /into that difference or build your own / have a weld shop make a set. May have to look into that myself. Knees ain't what they used to be. Tough getting old but sure does beat the alternative.

Re: Side Steps
These are a Blazer-only item. They mount on the rocker boxes. The instructions I found on a related post says they mount to existing holes, but mine doesn't have the holes drilled.

Re: Side Steps
I was thinking of adding steps to mine also, there are steps made by "bully" cant find the part number for our year trucks........I also like the nerf bars, there are stainless steel ones for our trucks, I checked a few weeks ago and they were out of stock...."jeffahart" a member here has them on his truck ..check his truck out...he posted the link on where to get them, I think amazon ? but not sure
