build thread or re-build thread?

I bought this Blazer as it sits a couple years ago. I had big plans early on and each time I got ready to put in under the knife I decided I will just drive it a little longer. This weekend I actually started prepping parts for the build, or better yet, the re-build. Never made project thread before, but here goes....

Re: build thread or re-build thread?

Currently it is a 1972 with a 67/68 style front clip with a cowl induction hood. 350/465/205 combination with 3.73's.

Last year I had a TH350 rebuilt and went thru a 205. They are sitting in the shop floor.

I bought new fenders and a good hood.

I built a steering column and just landed an automatic brake pedal assembly.

Yesterday I stripped and epoxy primed the hood and fenders. Today I will get the column ready, as well as the inner fenders.

I am going to do things in an order that still allows me drive time during the summer and then take it down for paint in the fall/winter.

When it comes to paint color I am as bad as a senior in high school picking out the color of her prom dress. I change my mind almost every time I see one.

So after a couple years or so....let the game begin.
