69’ C30 Dually Front Disc Brakes
I stumbled on a 69’ C30 dually box truck. Anyone offer a Disc Brake Conversion?
What are my options? TIA

If you go the factory retro route, get all of the steering parts. inner and outer tie rods and sleeves, center link and pitman arm. That is so you don't have mismatched parts. Your outer tie rods will not fit the 73 & up knuckles.

Will the later P/S box bolt on in place of my manual box as well? Is swapping the complete front crossmember w/suspension an option too?

Re: 69’ C30 Dually Front Disc Brakes
Yes, but if you get the later O ring box there will be the conversion of the hose. Get the earlier box to simplify. As far as swapping the complete x-member. You'll probably have to take the whole thing apart anyways to replace ball joints and such. I think it just adds work with supporting the engine. You can still use the 69 upper and lower control arms. There will be a small issue with the brake hose/s especially on the right side. I ended up have one made.

Sheepdip,
Hey thank you very much for bring all this to my attention! I’ll use the info about the front brake now and perhaps the 14 bolt at a later time. Thanks again! Thnx, Rick

I second changing the rear. I had an HO72 in my 69 with 4.56. I went with a D70hd assembly with 4.10s a detroit locker and a gear vendor.
