Steering wheel restore?
Ok guys got a question, I went through all 16 pages on the search and did not find what I was looking for. I have an original black steering wheel it used to have the woodgrain on the trim now it is all gone. What can I do to that silver piece in the middle ot make it look good?
Also will the repro horn buttons work on an original steering wheel or must the search begin and what color is the bowtie on original? Oh and this is the correct style for 70 right?

Sorry to inform you but that is not an original 70 wheel (or 69-72 for that matter).

Steering wheel
Steve if I'm not mistaken that is for the late 70's to mid 80's wheel. It may even be for 73 and up to 80's. As far as a 70 model wheel, it will be the same as any other year of these trucks. 67-72 I'm not a 100% sure but pretty sure they are all the same.

Steve, find a Z-24 wheel like Donnie had on Big Orange. They make a great upgrade.
