I need help I.D parts.

I have parted out few trucks in my younger days.
I have blasted and power-coated the parts.
About time to identify some of the parts that have been mixed up over the years.
I have no idea what this bracket might be. May not even be truck related?

Re: I need help I.D parts.

The second question;
I have several sets of these pulleys.
The one with two identical groves is 5-3/4" OD.
The other pulley has one sheave 5-3/4" OD and the other 6-1/4".
Spacing is just slightly different.

Anyone Identify the application(s)?
