Re: Pics from SETN

I was going to drive over but my reproduction brake booster was bad out of the box..kinda took the wind out of my sail.
Is it just me ......seems like the 4wd trucks are coming out of the woodwork..didn't see that many just a few years ago.

I noticed that too . But like Getter-done said the squarebodies are really coming on strong . I’ve taken my 85 twice hopefully I’ll bring the 68 next year . I’m sure I’m going to end up putting an LS in it.

I think the 4wds are Kirk's focus. Great trucks so far from you two mature gentleman. I think I'm more disappointed for not going for missing seeing so many friends in one place more than all the trucks. That's what I came away with after the one I attended, the last year in Whitehouse/first year all GM

Awesome trucks Kirk, you and I have very similar tastes it appears. Love that 557 GMC. Is it just me or does that green 68 short bed K10 have a blue glove box door?

I hope You and Eric didn’t get into too much trouble together

It does look blue, but it’s original paint. I spent a little over 24 hours with Chevyland (about my limit ).

Thanks for all the pics- enjoyed meeting all you guys

The little 68 anniversary truck, Billy’s original red 67, and Uncle’s C30 were probably my top 3. Crazy tastes, huh?

Re: Pics from SETN

Lots of great pics. Another fun show even with Fridays heat and Saturdays rain. Got to meet some forum members but missed the meet up at noon Saturday. I would list my favorites but the list would be way long. I had a great time and already looking forward to next year.

Great to meet you Getter Done! I was honored that my truck took home Best Step Side. A lot of real nice trucks there.

Congrats! Your truck was beautiful and definitely deserved the award (I was near you Saturday in the K20 stepper). The craftsmanship on your truck was impressive.
