color of the emblems

most of the hood emblems I see for sale are blue. I have a yellow/orange original, so what years are what?. or was it by model ?. well mine is flat with 2 mounting studs, maybe I have a grill emblem?, it was never on the truck so I have no Idea.

I was leaning towards van but I now agree with later model truck.

If it's gold, it ain't that old.
If it's blue it's 69-72!

FYI, red was used in 67/68, except vans which were blue
