Gas gauge to 90 ohms
With the installation of a Camaro tank and the 90-ohm sender, it seems that the quickest solution to convert the 30-ohm gauge is a 90-ohm resistor.
Pic 1: 1966 warning cluster gauge gas gauge (not mine) Pic 2: the 90-ohm resistor Plan: Remove the 30-ohm shunt and harness tangs, add the 90-ohm shunt and plug the harness back in. I may add an additional ground. Thoughts? |

Re: Gas gauge to 90 ohms
Run some test leads to/from the sender, it'd be easy to find out.
