Would these meet your requirements? They have been repainted but are in excellent condition with (I believe) their original nuts and bolts. There are no torch marks or signs of abuse that I can see. I won't be using them and would sell them for $1,200 shipped to a US address in the lower 48 US states. No offense taken if either the product or the price aren't what you need.

It is all good I have a few sets of original bolts I just can't find them at the moment. I will just put the Hooks back with the other set's I have. Glad you were able to find a set.
