Seat belt retractor question

Anyone have instructions on pointers on disassembling the seat belt retractors to get the boot off and clean the belts themselves?

I know there is a thread on here somewhere that covers doing that. I will take a look.

Here is one:

I know there are others. Try typing "Seat belt repair" into the Google search box above and click on the circle in front of "67-72chevytrucks.com", then click on the "Google" button. There are two different manufactures' of them also.
