the 67-68 headlight bucket, trim ring and bezels are different from other years correct?

Judging from the ones that I have looked at the early trim rings have a more narrow chrome ring and the later ones have a wider chrome ring. They will interchange as the retaining clips are longer on the early trucks.

Buckets and bezels are different.

I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
