1969 C10 Front Bumper
My son and I bought a 1969 C10 this last weekend to build up as a father son project. It did not come with a front bumper and the grill is really beat up. I am trying to figure out of the passenger side frame rail is moved at all. Can someone give me the measurement from the bumper bolts so I can check. I tried looking for this information but was not able to find it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |

Re: 1969 C10 Front Bumper
You can find downloadable copies of the repair manuals at the link below. It will give you tons of info that can help you on your project. Specs for the bolt locations are in those manuals.

That manual does not give me the dimensions I need. Can someone please measure the distance between the bumper bolts for me. Thank you.

Re: 1969 C10 Front Bumper
I can when I get home from work if no one else chime in before then. You want measurement from left to right bumper bolts at front of frame horns

Re: 1969 C10 Front Bumper
My 68 is 27" center between the two inner bolts.

Re: 1969 C10 Front Bumper
Here's another reference for you:
https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=775768 Frame dimensions... looks like if you measure from outside frame rail to outside frame rail it's 28.18 or 28.19... |
