OEM tires 1961 chevrolet k10
What tires would have been on a 61 Chevy k10? What would be a good replacement to keep it looking similar to original?

Looking around it seems there were 3 choices that could be optioned.
6.70-15 6.5-16 7-17.5 This company has retro mud terrains in different size's including or close to those. I'm sure there are few more companies out there, usually tire shops that deal with farm equipment can get the stuff like this. https://www.stausaonline.com/tires/s...n/#lightbox/1/ |

Re: OEM tires 1961 chevrolet k10
61 Data book states 6.70 15 tire size and 7.10 15 for K series 15 inch. Looking through old factory photos , they used car style tires on some and more aggressive lug or snow like tires . Personally the tallest tire you can find in your rim size fills the wheel well and tends to look best
