C10 Rear Bumper - Will Square Body or later vans fit?
Hey Gents,
I was just wondering if anyone has added a square body or late 70's van rear bumper to our generation of trucks? Do they fit? If so, what years work best? Cheers

I'll be interested to hear some responses on this as well. I recently purchased an old dealership bumper from a 77 c10 and the mounting would not fit either inside or outside the frame on my 67 so I am modifying it to fit.

My ‘71 Suburban appears to have a square body rear bumper on it. It fits fairly well so should be fine on a truck.

I have seeen both used, but reguires some tweaking of the squarebody bumper brackets. I have see a few, but since they had stock from bumpers, they didn't blend very well together. Just my opinion though.

So I guess the consensus is the brackets are off but the length and width will work on our generation?

The van bumper is SEVERAL inches too wide.
