front clip swap...?
I was just wondering what all needed to be replaced when swapping a 67 or 68 front clip onto a 1969. I know the fenders hood and grill of course but does the rad support need to be replaced or any other mounting brackets for lights or anything??
thanks for the help |

remember that the 67's didn't have marker lights in the fenders, so if you want to run 'shaved' look for some 67 fenders, if you plan on keeping your side marker lights, keep on the lookout for 68 fenders
And of course, welcome to the party!

Welcome o the board from central Ohio.
ON your question, the entire front clip needs to be swapped out for what you're looking to do, although, you can keep your hood hinges. |

thanks for the info guys, I'll be trying to get some pics up here in the next week. just picked the truck up, it was a former frame off mild custom that a kid got ahold of and wiskey bruised it all up and down both sides and then tapped a tree with the front end.
