Extremely hard to find or impossible?

First it’s not for sale as it’s on my GMC that I sold and I thought some folks might like to see it as many probably never will.

Always been curious as to the value and rarity as I’ve never seen another in my life.
Originally off a 46 GMC 2 ton but it’s an Eaton rear differential cover same as an HO52/72

Hoarded it for a while but gave it to my buddy when I sold him the cummins K20

Thumbs up Re: Extremely hard to find or impossible?

If I had a GMC that would be a great addition. I've never seen another one!

Re: Extremely hard to find or impossible?

I would have had a hard time parting with that. It's a perfect art piece to hang on the shop wall.

I know what you mean. But it is also perfect for the K20. It’s actually a converted 2wd 3/4 trailing arm truck. Flipped the axle under the arms and put the track arm on top of the arms.
So from behind you have an unobstructed view of the diff, very fitting.

I love when pieces got stamped with their brand. Just unique pieces to see. Thanks for sharing
