AAW install on a bare bones cab

I've enlarged the hole in the firewall, and have the wire block installed. My cab has absolutely nothing in it after coming back from paint. My question is, with a AAW classic harness do I spread the wires to the general area they go and start at the furthest connection from the fuse block? Or, is there a specific order someone has discovered that works the best? TIA

sorry for the turned pic(for now)
