Canadian Shipping Question...

I am getting ready to ship a small item (padded envelope) to a fellow board member from Canada. I have never shipped out of the country. On such a small package should I use UPS or regular US postal Service? Thanks in advance.

My wife works at u.p.s. and tells me anything under 10# is cheaper through the post office. Either way you will need an invoice and a value. Hope that helps.

I have shipped to Canada a few times. My experience was that the post office was cheaper.

Use USPS and mark on the declaration what is inside and value it at $5, mark it as a gift also
