pic of my 63
I know this is the wrong body for this board, but it seems a little more active than the 60-66 board. Do you guys have any comments or suggestions on what i should do to this truck to make it more aesthetically appealing? This has to be the greatest collection of gearheads that i have ever seen.

Although I am not a huge fan of that body style, I can appreciate any nice truck. The body is clean (I'm not a big moulding fan either), so I would leave it alone. The rims look good, but there is not enough rubber to fill the fenderwells. Maybe some 275/60's? It ain't bad the way it is, however.

Thanks for the reply, The reason i have the short tires (255/50/17's) is because i plan on dropping her down, but not sure how much.

I guess if I was to do anything, I would lower it a couple inches. I like less tire to fender gap with a low profile tire. Great looking truck as it is. There is a '61 short wide out by my house I would love to buy, but I don't have time for another project right now.

A 2/4 drop would set that thing off. Looks sweet as is though!

i think that in that color it would look really good if you had some pinstriping done to it especially behind the doors and below the rear window.

More rubber, or lower some. I think a 2/4 with a little bigger tire in the back would be pretty neat.

Looks good to me, I've always liked that body style. Find some of the factory chrome custom pieces for the cab behind the side windows and it would be set.

I like the 60-66 body style, really nice truck, don't particularly care for the monochrome look though. Chrome grill and bumpers would really set it off. More rubber, and (I'm old school) don't lower the damn truck.

Maybe lower it, other wise I would not be putting chrome or pin striping on that truck.... It looks very nice
