Front harness interchange?'s
Is there a difference in the harness that runs to your headlights and over the radiator for A/C and Non A/C trucks? Mine is ready for a replacement and was wondering if I could use one of mine out of a non A/C truck.

according to LMC Catalog the ony difference between an a/c versus non is the a/c wiring harness. Also guages or non guages hope that helps

The only one I'm interested in is the basic front clip harness that runs the blinkers and headlights and goes over the top of the radiator and has the two little inline fuses in it that are for the ammeter.

There is a difference in front lamp harnesses, gauge equipped trucks use a different harness than non-gauge, then they vary by year with 67 being 1 year specific, and 68 being 1 year only, 69-72 are the same, and then of course there is a difference between a Chevy forward lamp harness & a GMC harness due to quad lighting on the GMC headlights. But the A/C harness has no effect on the forward lamp harness so long as both trucks match on the above possible differences your good to go!!!
