axle flip kits?

hey just had a question for anyone who has done this, i have a 71 leaf frame under the 67 and was wondering what all is involved in doing this? ive seen some kits with c notches and some without, do you need one so the rear end doesnt hit the frame? i dont plan on having a big load in the box ever and is any welding required in the flip or is it all bolt on stuff? thanks

Derek
