What's the Time???

Okay, so here's something I've been curious about for quite some time now.

The time that's shown in the threads, showing when the posts were made - - what time zone is this? It's not hugely critical, I'm just sometimes curious about this.

TFor example, this post will likely show up as approx. 1:45 am on February 17. The actual time here (Central Standard Time - North America) is 7:45 pm February 16.

I realize time means very little on the WORLD wide web, but I'm just a little curious.

Thanks,

Thanks Ben,

That's interesting. I just checked my settings and it is set to Central Standard Time (GMT -6 hours). Funny how it's not showing properly. If memory serves me correctly, when viewing the forum from work, the time is correct.

Oh well, like I said, not hugely important, just makes me go hmmmmm??

That's funny - - now the time is right on. Maybe it just needed me to go into the settings and save them again.
