Does anyone know of any 20" wheels that look like the American Torq Thrust Wheels (or something similar) that do not cost so much?

you may want to try a web search for a company called Eagle wheels....they make "look alike" wheels that are quite a bit cheaper then the original wheel companies making them...I think that they make a wheel that looks exactly like the torq thrusts...

Ya those look awesome!! But, they only come in Polished. You would have to spend some time each year polishing them, wouldn't you? Chrome wheels are less maintenance, right?

1 thing i noticed is that they sell tt2's cheap at swapmeets used. i saw a set of 17's with good tires for 200 bucks. maybe you could look around....

anyone remember Cragar's....?

this design is nothing new...hot rods, lowriders been using them for decades....could do ebay search and probably find lots.

Those B. Coddington Smoothie II's have a dull finish IMO for the price. The TTII finish is far superior.

The Eagle 211 is nice but don't expect to get more than a 4.5" backspace for a while. Tried to get them for my wifes truck but they said 5" bs and up wouldn't be available anytime soon.

Thats what my truck is gonna be rollin on! Cragar ss's. Some of the best looking wheels IMO...

I am really good friends with the Les Schabb(tire store) manager here and he was telling me for american racing Torque Thrust II in 20" they run approx. $725 per rim. He was thinkin of putting them on his 72, he was going to look around the different catalogs he has and see if he can get the same disign from somewhere else for a slightly lower price.

I can get the 20x8 or 20x9.5 TTII's locally for around $480 and the Eagle knockoff for $240.

I would say les schwab is a good business yet there ready to make revenue. I have found 20x10 in TTII's for 425.00 a wheel on the internet. You just have to search. 725.00 each you can get a full custom 20x10 b. coddington, itnro or colorada custom. My advice to anyone is to shop around and stay away from the local Big O or les schwab unless you have a large wallet...

The cheapest place I've found online to buy Torq-Thrust II's is www.hotrodsusa.com.

They have the sizes I need (18x8 and 20x10) for $346.39 and $433.12 each respectively.

Anyone found anywhere thats cheaper? I'm about ready to order mine and want to save as much $$$ as possible!
