Could someone tell me the correct dates for the meet at Indiana in July? Also, the exact location of the event. What is expected to be there ???

I cut and pasted the email I got a while ago.

Hi all, we are going to be holding the first annual board wide meet at the
Super Chevy
Show in Indianapolis Indiana. The dates are July 9th, 10th, and the 11th.
Many of us will be staying at the Ramada Inn, in Plainfield IN, which is
approximately 10 miles from the location of the show.
http://www.the.ramada.com/plainfield14606 Is the website for the motel, If
you book now with online only rates it is pretty cheap. Most people are
planning to show up on the 8th which is a Thursday and leave the following
Monday, the 12th. There are also a few campgrounds in the area, for those
who prefer camping. There is a a shuttle service that runs from the IRP
track where Super Chevy is held that your spouses and significant others can
board to go to downtown Indy to see the Museums, War Memorial, and hit the
Circle Center mall. If your planning on attending, please post here:

We plan to make this event an annual one, with 2005's meet on the west
coast. That will greatly depend on the success of this event. This is a
great way to incorperate your hobby into a fun family summer vacation. We
hope to see you all there.
