brakeline routing
Could use a pic of the MC and prop valve. Need to know which reservoir is for the front and rear. Here's my thoughts rear(large) to front disc and front(small) to rear drums. This is on the 71. Thanks,

Line routing is different for the trucks. Is yours a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton?
Here is a picture of a 1/2 ton setup. Jim |

3/4 ton will hook up opposite from the pic. In the pic the back reservoir goes to the rear brakes since it plumbs into the rear of the prop valve.
On the 3/4 ton the rear reservoir plumbs into the front of the prop valve, and the line from the front of the prop valve goes to the front brakes. I am not sure why it is plumbed this way but I have never seen an exception. Jim |

That's what I thought, I got mine reversed. Bending brakelines is a PITA!

You are probably done by now, but here is a shot of the routing on one of my K20s.

Not done yet, been raining. Thanks for the pics. The brace off the front of the booster to the firewall-where does it attach on the firewall? I should have taken better pics prior to disassembly.

I can take a picture of the brace. You will probably have to drill a hole for the brace depending on what that cab you are using had. I usually have to drill a hole for my conversions. This last one was a pain because the hole is under all of that factory sound deadening material.
