Additions To the truck Today
Finally had some sun and a day off at the same time so I got some truck stuff done. First I was able to swap out my old dash gauges and bezel for a new Tac/Speedwarning setup. I got the tach and gauges working but was ind of unsure where to wire Tach power. I currently have it in the fuse block in unused (ignition unfused) prong as it was empty. Couldn't find any other slots to plug into. Anybody have better suggestions or is this correct? Also I sure wish I could find a better woodgrain overlay on the market that wouldn't shrink or come loose when it gets warm. Any ideas on that either?
Anyway heres the pic

I still had some free time after that so I installed some bed rails also. Love the wood grain and the old school look of bed rails. Still deciding on bumper guards and bug shield

After the bed rails I pulled the water pump that was squealing and put in a new one. Since I painted the pump I power washed the engine and sprayed on some color on it to. Jeez a guy can get alot done when the sun shines all day!

Are you running a home for runaway chevy trucks? (9) total. Nice work for a day off. Dude is your fuel line almost crimped flat at the bend just before the carb? Not trying to pick your rig apart, just caught my eye.

Thanks for the input. I'll have to check that tomorrow. It could be as I didn't pay any attention. It must not be affecting anything because I drove it home when I bought it and it did 80 on the interstate with no lag!
