Its a great article about the life of the 69-72 Blazer. Its got some neat info.

The only problem is that they don't sell "First Generation" specific products. I've gotten products from them but none were 'made' for our trucks.

Maybe they'll expand on their products.

The main thing is the article on our Blazers. If you get to read it you'll see what I'm talking about. Nope, they don't have alot of specific parts of our trucks, but they do have some pretty good deals on wheel and tire packages. All of us like good deals don't we.

No doubt about the packages. I buy stuff there too.

Still it's odd to have a article about a truck that you don't specifically cater to.

I wish they did. There's a store 2 miles from my job.

i agree with bigj on the article,it is a neat write up,i signed up for the free mag just to get the blazer article..not sure on the parts,but who only sells blazer parts???

The article was pretty good. It is just nice to see them acknowleging the first gen blazers. Although they don't specifically cater to our rigs, there are a lot of nice parts that you can use on your rig if your not going stock. I got a nice tail gate step there for $6.00. It is very handy to get up into the bed of a lifted rig and the price is right. I also got my energy suspension transmission mounts there. They were much cheaper than the local truck shop and it's the same part. I'm thinking about getting some roll bar handles and I'll definatly check with them when it comes time got get new shocks and tires.

Sorry if I seemed pissy. I just am frustrated at the limit of being first gen rather than 73 and newer where you have much less problems. That's all.

You can find much better deals then they offer by taking advantage of their price match stuff but their prices are high otherwise on most stuff and almost competative on other stuff. Example.
I just bought a set of wheels from them for my Burb. Set of eagle 589's. Their normal price is $119 a whel plus 10 for the cap and $1 a lug. So my before tax price from them would have been $548. Found a online place that had a deal going for $375 INCLUDING shipping, lugs and caps. So $173 cheaper for the exact same thing. They honored the price match because I printed off all the info.

BFG 35 km. $220 each mounted ballance and road hazard at NTB. 4whele is about hte same.
$150 at Costco for the exact same thing.

While they don't list our specific application in their ads, they do sell the parts that are available. I bought my 4" Skyjacker softride from them for my old '72. All 4 springs with shocks, ubolts, steering arm, etc...for about $800. You can get all the drivetrain stuff too, what more do they need to sell? I agree, shop around. When I bought the lift, they price matched an ad from a magazine for me.
