What In The World?
THIS CAME IN MY BOX OF PARTS WITH THE TRUCK I BOUGHT
ANY IDEAS? IT HAS CARBON IN IT SO I ACTUALLY BELIEVE IT WAS RUN ON AN ENGINE ANY THOUGHTS

looks like someone welded a piece of steel pipe onto your I-6 exhaust manifold. They were trying to make a heat stove setup.

A HEAT STOVE WARMS AIR WHICH GOES TO THE CARB THIS TUBE IS COVERING A HUGE HOLE IN THE MANIFOLD LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE CHEAP HEADERS WIERD

That's a strange setup, maybe it was for some type of farm equipment. I've seen some really weird stuff on ranches and farms. BTW steel can be sucessfully welded to cast with nickle rod.
