14 bolt ff disk bracket help

i have a layout of a disk brake bracket and spacer a guy from another site gave me but i need to know what sizes to make the holes and if the spacing for the caliper mounting holes are for a chevy caliper or the cadillac kind.

i know everybody and there brother sells these brackets for $50-$80 but i have a guy at work who will make them for free. heres a pic of what i have
