67' el camino information???

okay, my dad has a car. 1952 Chevy deluxe. It has a 427bbc and is sitting on a 67' el camino frame/susp.

it has massive body roll. I'm looking for parts to help him upgrade it. New stiffer sprngs, new performance shocks(edelbrock ias??) and new anti swaybar/s.

anyhelp at all would be appreciated

That's El Camino is a Chevelle with a truck bed, and those A bodies can be made to handle great.

66 and 67 are basically the same. There was a body change for 68.

I redid the suspension on my 66 Chevelle with all poly stuff from Performance Suspension in Phoenix. Also, switched to a 1 1/8 sway bar from a 1980 Camaro. Fixed my Chevelle up fine.

An excellent suspension add on. I pulled one off of a 79 Trans Am with the WS6 suspension option that has the 1-1/4 inch front bar and installed it with new poly bushings on the 70. I can toss that car into a corner and it is very flat, even with the BB up front.

Now the steering box......that's the weak point now.

I got a steering box from an 85 TransAm (quick ratio) to replace the manual box on my Chevelle. I had it rebuilt and love the difference.
