Windshield Glare

Does anyone else have a bad glare problem from the windshield when using the inside rearview mirror? It's bad day & night, but at night all I can see when I look in the mirror is the road in front of me. Is this common with these trucks? Is it simply due to my limo dark tint on the back window? Just curious.

I do in my '62, and since it's a big window that is a factory tint, it reflects everything into my rear view mirror, and back onto the windshield. It started on mine when I repalced the rear window with new glass. I'm used to it now, and it don't bother me as much as it used to.
