how bad did i mess up my truck?

i got a new battery for the burb today. long story short i bought the truck sans engine/trans but all wiring intact ready to plug in. its a 1990 and factory TBI. i installed a 355 with TBI. nothing in the harness is hacked up or tapped into save for a couple wires which i've fixed.

now my cables were in place tied to the tray from the factory, and i tossed the battery in and hooked it up. started checking things, and when i disconnected the battery i realized i had hooked it up backwards(+ to -, - to +). it cranks, the turn signsls and backup lamps work, power windows work, wipers work, seatbelt warning light works, gauges move when i turn the key to run. the fuel pump, head and tail lights, interior lights, heater, gauge lights are not working and there is no spark.

i'm hoping maybe i just blew one of the breakers? is there any other stuff i could have fried?

Aye, I'd guess you fried the ECM

Check all your fuses / fusible links?
